king bed clean room slow elevators street noise
The room was very clean. i especially liked the king bed. It was very comfortable (i slept very well).
the elevators were sometimes slow. there was often a wait, especially during peak hours. also, street noise was noticeable at times (i am a light sleeper).

central location helpful staff efficient check-in doorman service
the location was amazing! it was easy to walk to central park and nearby attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly, even remembering our names. i really appreciated the quick and efficient check-in process and the doorman helped us find a taxi right away.
the elevators were a bit slow at peak times, occasionally causing a short wait.

Fantastic Stay with Central Park Views!
prime location park view excellent service
The location is excellent. I had a room with views of Central Park. The hotel was accommodating when I arrived early. They stored my luggage. All staff members I interacted with seemed happy in their roles.
The elevators experienced some delays.

Americo welcomed me so kindly! He answered my questions gently. He aided me with everything I needed. My room was VERY clean every day. It was like home because I was by myself and needed to feel safe. I was very well received.

rooftop view convenient location cramped bathroom slow elevator
The rooftop bar has very nice views. It made for a nice evening. The location was also pretty convenient. I could easily walk to Central Park and other attractions.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The elevators were also slow. There was often a wait during peak hours.

I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's very close to Central Park. The gym had updated equipment that allowed me to maintain my training routine. Grisilia at the front desk provided a warm welcome..
I noticed that the tap and toilet water turned brown after running for only a few minutes.
